Thanks so much for sharing my Note, Substack team - it's absolutely made my day! A good sign to keep it weird, friends. And if you have some favourite medieval art share it and tag me so I can see! ✌🏻
Thanks for sharing Substack. Just published this an hour ago and a must read to understand how we all are manipulated by a small group of elite powerful swarm through dysfunction and divide. Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
This is a great list! Love to see all the newcomers and get inspiration from them. I just started by Substack last month and I'm writing about investigating a family ghost story. Today, I published a post about the moment I realized a famous aviation mystery that was a big part of my childhood was also part of our family's history: https://familyghosts.substack.com/p/the-moment-of-connection.
The greatest benefit I have received from substack is a community of supportive, intelligent, and fascinating writers to learn from and bounce ideas with. Although I am just one small stack in a giant sea of the greater internet (and now Elizabeth Gilbert is here!) I am very fortunate to be able to share my thoughts and ideas through this platform.
Elizabeth's book "Big Magic" was one of the books I read that gave me the courage and permission to pursue a creative side of my life after a career in mining.
P.S. I will do my best not to get too jealous of others subscriber counts.

Always great recommendations here I’d love to give a shout out to SHIMIZU Akira and his Japan Ordinary Photos - always gentle, inspiring and moving

Thank you so much for mentioning me in the new Substack section!
Really liked the piece on George Saunders! We can all learn to take that step back away from hating our heroes!
If anyone loves a niche podcast, I have a Pottery pod, called The Potscast

Thank you Substack for sharing some great recommendations! Perfect Saturday afternoon reading ☕️
How about a section that highlights Substack newbies? Would be really encouraging for folks like me.
Good picks. Would love to see some sci-fi highlighted (personal bias and a project I'm currently working on).
That George Saunders piece was hysterical. And the tomato drink recipe! 🤌🍅
Thanks for this fabulous compilation. Great job!
Thanks, Substack, for flagging my new book!
