Did you know that over 144 countries have taken a stand against 90% of the food oils we commonly use in our kitchens? These oils, which are used for cooking, sealing, baking, frying, toasting, and making salads, have been banned due to their potential health risks.

These oils have been banned as they make poisons soon after being made and faster as they get heated to make food called trans fats, triglycerides and carcinogens. These oils have been grouped under one name - non-MonoUnsaturated (non-MUFA) oils.

In the group of non-MUFA oils are saturated fats -SATs- (palm, palm olein), polyunsaturated -PUFA- (sunflower, soybean, corn, peanut, grapeseed, cottonseed), partially hydrogenated oils (rapeseed, corn, soybean, sunflower), every blended oil (made from 2 oils) and every mixed oil (3 oils) often called vegetable oil.

Note that tallow oil decomposes into harmful substances very quickly as it is a protein-based oil.

The solution is to SWITCH to safer MUFA oils like canola that contains 62% MonoUnsaturated (MUFA) or 82% Omega-9 MUFA oils and or Extra Virgin olive oil that has 75% MUFAthat (1) keep kitchens hygienic, do not smoke, smell and have poisonous droplets to harm staff and customers. (2) are healthier ingredients in food as they keep the original taste of the food (3) the volume of oil needed to cook 600kgs of chicken and 100 kgs of chips in a KFC is 20% of the oil required now in KFC or any other QSR. (4) Would you now buy the 100% pure 82% Omega-9 MUFA oil for US$4.47/Litre OR the Blended (palm olein & sunflower or the canola & sunflower) Vegetable oil may be US$2.0? If you do simple Maths. You need 5 tins of Veg oil x $2 = US$10 V for every tin of MUFA oil $4.47 (5). Do you now buy an oil that needs 5 acres/hectares to grow the 5 tins or 1 acre/hectare for one tin? (6) Surely saving 4/5 or 80% of the land, soil water, erosion, fertilisers, tractors, fuel, factories, shipping, etc. is a MASSIVE saving for the Climate, and (7) Since the antioxidant & anti-inflammatory chemistry of MUFA oils has the highest stability (resistance to decomposing at work - the antiOxidant measurement) - in fact, the exact opposite of non-MUFA oils. (8) MUFA oils make the cleanest natural-tasting food the world's chefs are seeking so they can add their signature appearance and spices. (9) MUFA oils are by far the healthiest oils that save lives. for further answers, please contact steven@enjoi.com.hk
