This week I've been swimming in the goodness of everyone's comments on my Note AND ALSO discovering some really incredible writers in the process (This is part of the Substack magic, I'm convinced).
And now to find that Note mentioned in Substack Reads this morning is just the cherry on top... I've already been eating a writer's supreme ice cream sundae all week along. 🍨
Thank you for the encouragement! As a new, young fiction author I feel disheartened at times, but the writing community has been so supportive that it alleviates a lot of the start anxiety 🙏😊
This is probably the first time i see new writers that I didn’t discover before. Some good reads in here and a good selection.
I shared a powerful article few weeks back that is a gold mine with ideas as how to grow your Substack followers if you haven’t seen it, here’s the link:
If there’s ever an opportunity to curate good reads in specific verticals of Substack, it would be among my dream jobs. I love creating a digest each week in the art and mental health niche, curating things that relate to one another and elaborating on patterns. https://open.substack.com/pub/createmefree/p/art-and-mental-health-link-love-126

This was a great bunch of reads. Well done, Substack Reads team 🤗
I Love these round-ups! This week I found this essay on grief and The Land Before Time so moving! https://autcasts.substack.com/p/see-with-your-heart
Oh I'm loving this attention on new writers! It's encouraging to see the Substack community still so supportive.
I'm trying my hand at fiction, nonfiction, and memoir all at once, and I'm excited to see what sticks and what doesn't.
Would love an international section like for
