Putting new people alongside established writers and celebrities launching Substacks is the point, not an oversight. The draw for a roundup of new writers with no following would be so much lower. Most people would just read the big account email and skip the discovery email, unfortunately. Putting new writers alongside established ones is the best way to elevate new writers.
